These terms govern use of this website and travel-assistance services arranged through our independent travel agency.
Our role
We are an independent travel agency, not an airline. We assist customers with identifying and arranging travel offered by third-party suppliers. Airlines and other suppliers control their schedules, availability, fare rules, baggage terms and performance of transportation.
Quotes and bookings
Website content is general information, not a confirmed reservation or guaranteed fare. Prices and availability may change until a booking is completed and payment is accepted. Before purchase, the traveler should review the full itinerary, operating carrier, passenger names, travel dates, total price, agency service fees, baggage terms, change restrictions and cancellation or refund conditions.
Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger and contact information, reviewing confirmations promptly, and obtaining valid passports, visas, health documents and other required travel documents. Names should match the identification used for travel.
Changes, cancellations and disruptions
Requests are subject to the applicable supplier’s rules and availability. Fare differences, airline penalties and disclosed agency service fees may apply. Airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations and service delivery remain the responsibility of the relevant supplier; we will provide reasonable assistance with requests made through us.
Acceptable use
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business travel inquiries. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use automated means that disrupt the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for acts or omissions of independent airlines, airports, hotels, payment providers, governments or other suppliers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions about a booking or these terms should be directed through our Contact page. Applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws continue to apply based on the transaction and the traveler’s location.
